Good Bye or Good Riddance?
As we're getting ready to bid farewell to another year and another decade, are you saying, "good bye" or "good riddance"? Here at Buckaroo Bling, we have reasons for both. Read on to find out why, and then, tell us what you'll be saying on December 31st.
Here at the Buckaroo Bling corral, this past year and, when I think about it, the whole decade hasn't been easy. Our little family moved twice during the past 10 years, suffered a loss of relatives, loss of jobs, and loss of furry family members, dealt with house sales, construction, displacement because of the said construction, financial struggles, and let's not forget illness. Our faith's been tested many a time, but God's been faithful through all of the sorrows, all the ups and downs. He's given us a place to live in one of the most beautiful corners of this world (can all my Montanans say, 'amen'?), and blessed me with an opportunity to start this jewelry making ride. True, this isn't my first rodeo in that arena, but this is the first time I feel like I'm actually "at home" talking to customers, doing live events, and reaching out to stores. So, if jewelry making were a horse, I'd finally found my trusty steed in the past couple of years. I wish all of you who shopped with me and encouraged me here in Montana knew how much I appreciate you... and how much I'm hoping to be able to serve you even better in the new year and the new decade.
So, what's my New Year's resolution? Everybody's got to have one, right? It's simple: more rodeo, more cowboy poetry, more turquoise, more silver, and more leather fringe. If you're anything like my customers, you can surely relate to this one. That means, if you choose to come along on this ride, you can expect to see more sterling silver, turquoise, and leather fringe in my shop and more of me at different western and equestrian events in Montana. You'll also be able to see more of my product in your favorite stores across the state, and hopefully, in other states where spirit of the west is alive and well.
What's your New Year's resolution? Let me know in the comments below. Maybe we can work on our resolutions together. It's always more fun when you're not going it alone.
